Any woman who has considered plastic surgery has probably considered the alternatives, and there is one alternative that really can increase the appearance of increased breast size: Chest Exercises!

Although chest exercises do not increase breast mass or breast tissue, they can lift the breast up from sagging, and they can increase the muscle tissue under the breast, thus pushing the breast out from beneath. The breast itself will not increase, but the chest size will, and you may find yourself fitting more tightly into your shirts and tops.

The Breast Press - As pictured on the left, the flat dumbbell press is a great exercise to start with. Start by lying flat, with a 3 - 5 pound dumbbell in each hand, as pictured in "A" in the picture to the left. Then, slowly raise each arm up, and cross them, keeping elbows slightly bent, as pictured in "B". Repeat this 10 times. This will work the entire pec, and help push your breasts out, as well as tighten up the muscles around and strengthen the shoulders.

The Breast Fly - Another exercise to start with is the breast press. Grab a 3 or 5 lb. dumbell in each hand. Sit down on the edge of a chair, making sure your back is rigid, and your arms are dangling down. Then, lean forward a bit at your hips, and bend your elbows 90 degrees with your hands in front of you and your palms down. Then, raise your arms so your elbows reach shoulder height, and your hands are in front, arms at your sides. Hold it when your elbows are at their maximum for 5 seconds, and then lower. Do 10 repetitions of this.

The Bust Building Push Up - This is a modified version of the basic push up. Lie down on your stomach, and put your toes pointing into the floor. Rather than raise yourself up on your hands, put your forearm and elbow flat against the floor, then push yourself up. Your forearms, elbows, and toes never leave the ground. This puts extra focus on your pectoralis muscles, and will help develop your bust.

The Forearm Grip - This one is easy. Just grab each forearm with the opposite hand firm. Then, pull your arms out in front of you, without letting your grip slip. You should feel a pull in the back, shoulders, and chest. Repeat this 10 times.

For best results, do these exercises 3 times a week for 2 weeks. Then, increase to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. At the end of this month, you should see some decent results. Of course, you need to make sure your not too overweight, or the increase in muscle tissue won't be visible enough to push the breasts out more.

Sometimes a combination of chest exercise and natural breast enhancers or herbal breast enhancement can work well enough for a woman to go up an entire cup size.
